Guy O'Brien (aka Master Gee of the Sugarhill Gang) travels across the United States to learn about its cultures and cuisines. The camera follows him as he becomes involved with the people creating the food and their customs, i.e., joining them at their dinner table or restaurant, or engaging in activities to learn who they really are and the delicious meals they prepare.
